Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced insurance agency in Missouri Valley, Iowa. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the efficient operation of the office.  This is a key role for maintaining client satisfaction and agency success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquires via phone, email and in-person
• Process policy Changes, endorsements, and updates accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist clients will billing questions, payment processing, and policy documentation.
• Schedule appointments and maintain organized client files and follow-up activities.
• work closely with agents and underwriters to resolve client issues and policy concerns.
• Prepare quotes and assist with new business applications under agent supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive customer information.
• Support daily office operations 
• Participant in ongoing training and development to stay current on insurance products and procedures. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
